Seminar Humanoid Robots (Freiburg, Summer 2007)
Humanoid robots have become popular in recent years not only
in science fiction, but also in research.
The seminar covers topics relevant for the design and control of such
robots. This includes perception of the robot’s environment,
the
realization of low-level skills, higher-level behavior control, and
learning.
Requirements
and Information
- Organizers:

- You have to prepare a talk of approx. 30 minutes
and write a
summary. Both can be done in English or German. Including
discussion your slot will be 45 minutes.
- The seminar will held as a Blockseminar on
Monday,
23.07.2007
9:30-15:00 and
Tuesday, 24.7.2007 9:30-12:45 in
Room 101.01.018.
- The summaries should be approx. 10
pages long.
Much longer
summaries will not be accepted. The summaries must be submitted
by
August 15th, 2007.
- Topics
have been assigned in the first meeting.
